  • We currently accept Bank Transfers and Card Payments.
  • Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation.
  • Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation.

Product Information

  • All cakes and desserts are freshly made per order (pre-order basis).
  • We do not keep ready-made stock to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Customers can customize cakes (names, photos, flavors, designs) as discussed during order confirmation.
  • We ensure that the final product matches what was confirmed during discussion, though minor variations in color or decoration may occur due to baking and design limitations.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Cancellations can be made before order confirmation or at least 2 hours before delivery time.
