For other areas outside Bandarawela, such as Diyatalawa, Ella, Haputale, Demodara, Haliela, Welimada and Badulla, we offer delivery services through 3rd Party Delivery Service. For other areas in Sri Lanka, except for Icing Cake, we can deliver via Courier service. Additionally, if you prefer, you can pick up your order at our store. Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product you receive is different from what you ordered, damaged, or has a problem with its taste, you have the right to return it.

To qualify for a return, please keep the product in its original condition as much as possible. If the product was damaged or spoiled through no fault of your own, you still have the right to request a refund or replacement. Opening the package or checking the product will not affect your right to a refund, as long as it’s reasonable.

Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product if you find any issue. Our support team will then contact you to guide you through the return and refund process.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • A product cannot be returned if any part or component is missing.
  • Orders placed by mistake are not eligible for return.
  • Products damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
